Jessica Adlouni

Jessica Adlouni is an associate attorney at Kingsley Szamet & Ly Employment Lawyers. Her strongly held beliefs in justice for all and employee rights has consistently guided her life and practice. Ms. Adlouni's practice focuses on single-plaintiff litigation involving employment discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims. She also works on wage and hour class action litigation and has assisted in authoring appellate briefs in state court. Ms. Adlouni was recently selected as a 2024 Southern California Rising Star.

Ms. Adlouni graduated summa cum laude and with departmental honors from UCLA, earning her B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Labor and Workplace Studies. She earned her J.D., with a specialization in Critical Race Studies, from the UCLA School of Law. During law school, Ms. Adlouni was Co-Chair of the Race, Work, and Economic Justice Clinic, a collaboration with the Los Angeles Black Worker Center and Legal Aid at Work, assisting low-wage workers facing employment-related issues. She also worked as a research assistant to Professor Noah Zatz on a project analyzing labor issues. During her second year summer, she worked for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, now known as the California Civil Rights Department, which further encouraged her to pursue a career advocating for employee rights.
