Eric B. Kingsley, a graduate of Loyola Law School has concentrated his practice on "wagelaw" for over 8 years. He has litigated cases in state and federal court and has authored several appellate briefs.

Eric is currently handling dozens of class actions regarding the failure to provide meal and rest breaks, overtime and other issues under California law.  He is also involved with Pharmaceutical overtime litigation in federal court in California, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. These cases involve the failure to pay overtime to Pharmaceutical Representatives.

In addition to his time at work, Eric dedicates his time to several non-profit organizations. He advises them on both legal and other issues.
